What a wonderful, welcoming place Yvo and Dorith have created in this special part of Italy, Marche. As ever with the daughters in a glamping tent, but never before in such a beautiful location with such great views. Perfect facilities with the outdoor kitchen, private bathroom, swimming pool and cosy large lounge. Immediately impressed by the peace, space and atmosphere upon arrival. The daily climb from the lower tent was well worth it and kept us moving a bit. Lots to do and see in the area, nice villages and towns, coast and beach, mountains and waterfalls. Delicious food, including at the cosy guest night organised by Unico Senso. And for cocktails and wine, enoteca Arbei in Montottone https://www.arbei.eu is highly recommended, nice enthusiastic owner. In short, a top stay with super hosts, we recommend it to everyone and would love to come back!

What a lovely week we had at Unico Senso, a clean apartment with lovely beds and a beautiful veranda! Yvo and Dorith were very hospitable and gave us several good tips about the area and restaurants, definitely worth a visit!

Highly recommended! Spacious tent with nice beds, lovely and quiet, cool and clean swimming pool, nice hosts, surroundings with several nice day trips. In short, just book for a wonderful holiday!

Fantastic spot in Le Marche! For the 3rd time at Unico Senso for the 1st time in the luxury tent. How wonderful it was! A beautiful luxury tent with everything you need. Lovely beds! And what fine, relaxed and sweet owners who run this agriturismo with so much passion.
A unique spot in Le Marche with great views, private sanitary facilities, peace and quiet and a lovely swimming pool. From the tent, it seems as if you are camping alone in nature. So much privacy. Lovely! And what a view! The area offers many authentic Italian villages and towns where there is not yet much tourism and where cappuccinos are still €1.10. Enjoy!

Special place in Marche! For us the first time in this area but we will definitely come back. The surroundings are beautiful and Unico Senso is a gem. Stylish, quiet, lovely pool, beautiful views, lovely hosts Yvo and Dorith, great tips for nice trips, beautiful beaches nearby, picturesque villages, delicious food: truly a paradise! We enjoyed our stay with two teenagers who enjoyed the table tennis table and socialising with other guests. Car is a must though. Absolutely recommended!

What a beautiful place. The owners took care of everything to perfection. Very nice, fully equipped apartment (Grotta) with outdoor kitchen. Lovely to enjoy those beautiful views while cooking. The bed and shower (jet) were top notch, the pool was a lovely refreshment for us, the communal dinner was enormous enjoyment and the surroundings are beautiful. The beach is about a 25-minute drive away and in the more immediate area you will find plenty of super restaurants. The area is very quiet though, so if you enjoy good food/drink ánd peace and quiet, look no further. Unico Senso deserves a BIG 10!

José emailed us the following review: We had the pleasure of spending a week with you and it was truly a fantastic experience. Dorith and Yvo are the perfect hosts. Their hospitality is second to none and from the moment we arrived we felt at home.Breakfast was delicious with homemade treats. Dinner too was a culinary surprise with tasty dishes prepared with care and love. Even gluten-free was not a problem. The pool was a nice place to relax and cool off on hot days. In short, Agriturismo Unico Senso is a true paradise! Thank you Dorith and Yvo for an unforgettable holiday!

Hospitality, Yvo and Dorith are really careful not to make guests miss anything, the location of the structure is completely surrounded by greenery and the silence is the master, ideal for regenerating yourself.

We had a wonderful stay at Unico Senso. By the owners we were welcomed hospitably. Apartment looks wonderful with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. The location is further spacious with tents and a large pool. And the view is fantastic. And a tip: when you are there try especially the homemade Arancello!

Wonderful!!! We stayed in the apartment Stallezzo with our family. It is a beautiful apartment, beautifully decorated and everything was thought of. The pool was lovely. The outdoor lounge is a nice place to read a book or play a game. The children were able to play with the other children. Dorith and Yvo were happy to help pick a nice restaurant or outing. We would love to come again!

Went to Unico Senso for the third time with 3 teenagers. What a fantastic place!!! Once again we stayed in a luxury tent with its own outdoor kitchen and sanitary building. The luxury beds are wonderful and you have a great view and come to complete rest. The pool is lovely and the weekly dinner with all the guests is very cozy and super cared for. In the common room are all kinds of books about Le Marche, there are books and games and there is a table tennis table. Children quickly connect with others because of the small scale. In short, a top vacation!

A great place with sweet and very helpful owners. No question was too much and the atmosphere at Unico Senso was very nice. The service is very good. Regular clean towels, clean accommodation and a nice lounge. The bathrooms were spacious. The pool was blissful and also quiet due to the small scale. Nice that many older children are/were present. All in all highly recommended. For 5 people, the Stallezzo is ideal!

In one word: fantastic: a big ten! What a pearl in the middle of the beautiful hills of Le Marche! You immediately see and notice that host Yvo and hostess Dorith put every effort into making the stay for the guests as pleasant as possible. With a perfect mix of hospitality, helpfulness and respect for privacy they are there for you. We stayed one week in tent #1, at the top of the hill, our private bathroom (with shower, sink and toilet) was in a neat cabin, up a small path , right by the pool and outdoor lounge. We had great views both at the tent and at the pool and lounge, and could enjoy a beautiful sunset every evening. The beds slept well, inventory was ample, and everything was very clean. The store is about 15 minutes away by car in the lovely little village of Montottone. Our son (18) and daughter (16) enjoyed chilling with peers in the evenings.

100% good! A beautiful place with lovely accommodation (appartment and luxury tents). Everything is taken care of and finished to perfection. The owners do their utmost to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful place, sea at 30 minutes,lots to see in the area. Everything perfectly arranged, welcoming, small scale, lots of privacy, nice lounge and pool, enjoyed delicious and cosy meal for all guests. Tastefully decorated, stayed in beautiful tent, worth repeating!

We had a wonderful week at Unico Senso in flat Fienile. The photos on the website match. The beds are fine and the kitchen is fully equipped (enough pans, wine glasses etc). The pool is lovely, there are games…Dorith and Yvo have thought of everything. Excellent hosts, they have lots of tips (if you wish) so for us it was really holidaying. The area is really beautiful, so much to see and do. We will be back 🙂

Unico Senso: what a great place in the Marche! What a wonderful week we had at Unico Senso!
After we had installed ourselves in the beautiful Karsten Tent (tent 4), we could immediately join the weekly Unico Senso dinner that Dorith and Yvo, the hosts, had prepared. A delicious meal and a pleasant chat with the other guests. Our tent was fully equipped with box spring, lights and sockets. In the evening and at night, it is wonderfully cool in the tent. Sleeping was therefore not a problem.
The outdoor kitchen is also fully equipped, not even the cheese slicer is missing. And how delicious were the Unico Senso olive oil and cherry jam.
Our private bathroom, just behind our tent, was spacious and clean. Ideal.
There is plenty to do in the area but also relaxing in the outdoor lounge and pool is lovely. Yvo and Dorith are happy to give tips, including on food and drink. We won’t never forget the restaurants Il Tiglio, Il Faro and I Piceni.
We therefore enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back. (Translated version)

We spent wonderfull weeks with Dorith & Yvo! Outstanding view from our Luxury Tent (no. 1), cosy dinner-evenings  in the lounge with the other guests and the children had fun for hours in and around the pool. Le Marche is even more beautifull then Tuscany 😄 In 1 word: awesome!

WHAT AN AMAZING WEEK we spent at Unico Senso! We had booked one of the five Luxury Tents, with private sanitary facilities and a fantastic outdoor kitchen. Having breakfast in the sun with a scenic view was superb yet that was only the start of our day. The surrounding area is beautiful and there is plenty to do. From visiting atmospheric historic villages to having a great five-course lunch, nice markets but also beautiful beaches. At the end of the day we relaxed at the pool and enjoyed reading a wide range of books and magazines. Once a week Dorith and Yvo provided a dinner for the guests. We had a delicious meal together with the other guests and it was a lovely evening. Yvo and Dorith: thank you for an unforgettable week in your Italian paradise.

AN EXQUISITE PLACE IN A STUNNING ENVIRONMENT! Last August and September we enjoyed our stay of 12 days at Unico Senso. What a wonderful place this is. The hospitality of Yvo and Dorith is special, the apartments are spacious, clean and modern and the pool is splendid. At this beautiful agriturismo you can completely relax. We visited many historic villages, spent a day at the beach and enjoyed the picturesque landscape. When you visit the Marche region, Unico Senso is the place to be!

LOVELY DESTINATION in Le Marche, quietly situated in a panoramic landscape with picturesque views. Stayed in the tastefully modern decorated apartment Grotta with outdoor kitchen and shadow rich porch. Loved the beautiful pool with sun loungers. Nice outdoor lounge for shared use, including book and game cabinet. At 8 o’clock the baguettes are freshly baked for breakfast. The weekly communal meals in the lounge were very amazing, wonderfully prepared by the hospitable Dorith and Yvo. Many beautiful old villages in the area, the Adriatic beach also in the vicinity. We received great suggestions on sights and an interesting tour in a town was organized. We have not seen everything by far, worth another trip!

SUPER! Super location. We have had a wonderful time here. We stayed in Stallezzo, a beautiful accommodation with all amenities. The hospitality of Yvo and Dorith, the picturesque view, lovely pool: we will definitely come back.

We stayed for one week at Unico Senso. It’s a lovely and quiet place. The hosts Yvo and Dorith gave us a warm welcome. They gave really good tips for local restaurants in the neighborhood.
Unfortunately we had some problems with our car. But Yvo and Dorith helped us with solving this problem. Great service! The pool is great, it’s a salty water pool with a great view over the Italian landscape. The rooms are large and very modern decorated. So see you next year 😉

Dorith and Yvo, who run this agriturismo, are my neighbours. We own a house up the road and we have watched with interest as they renovated the property. Last week, I got to see the finished product and it is lovely. They have created an upscale camp site. And a beautiful B&B. I swam in their pool and it was delicious. The view from the pool and the bar area is stunning. They have created a very special place!!

Great Stay in Le Marche. First time in Le Marche we decided to stay at this new boutique Agriturismo. We stayed in one of the very well equipped apartments, ours had even an outdoor kitchen! Really enjoyed the swimming pool with amazing views of the countryside. Ours hosts Dorith & Yvo were of great help in selecting our day trips and some very good restaurants, including one at the beach. Also enjoyed the wine tasting in a neighboring winery. Great place to stay in not too crowed part of Italy. Will be back.
