Le Marche is a region in the middle of Italy and is also referred to as “the new Tuscany” and “a well kept secret”. Rural, green and rolling hills with stunning panoramic views. Rich in picturesque medieval towns and culture. Especially in the Monte Sibilinni there are many opportunities to do all kinds of outdoor activities, such as mountain biking and hiking. The Adriatic coast has all kinds of beaches. It is a relatively quiet and cheap region, with friendly and hospitable inhabitants. The delicious Italian kitchen, wines and numerous markets and festivals seal the deal. Unico Senso is right in the middle of it all!

Agriturismo Unico Senso
Just outside of the village Montottone, halfway down the hill one can find our renovated farm. Rural and sunny, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, sunflowers and golden grain fields. We have a farm with mostly olive trees on our 8 hectares of farmland. In addition, we have some walnut trees, figs, lemons and a variety of other fruits alternated with patches of authentic forest and rough terrain. Nature, peace, space and a scenic view. During the summer we offer our guests comfortable accommodations, a nice big swimming pool and a cosy outdoor lounge on our small agriturismo.

Apartments and luxurious camping
Our apartments are located on the ground floor in the old stables of the farmhouse. They are modernly furnished while preserving the authentic atmosphere. Very comfortable with excellent box spring mattresses, luxurious bathroom, an inside- or outdoor kitchen and a private terrace underneath the shared porch or with a parasol. Do you love camping, yet also need comfort, also known as glamping? Our completely furnished and robust Karsten tents each have a private bathroom, outdoor kitchen and wonderful beds. They are in spacious places and ready for use. Just unpack your suitcase and the camping holiday can begin!
